What Shapedthe WorkOver the past decade, I've worked across hospitality, mixed-use real estate, agency, lifestyle, luxury, D2C, and B2B brands. What those environments had in common wasn't the industry. It was the challenge of protecting a strong idea while hundreds of daily decisions pulled it in different directions.
That work required me to move constantly between creative vision and operational reality, between the central idea and the one hundred decisions that determine whether it survives intact.
That's the perspective I bring to Kolt today.
